SeafarerVault is designed as a strict offline application. SeafarerVault does not collect, upload, process, or store your personal documents on external servers. All documents, certificates, and personal data remain on your device and are protected using strong industry-standard encryption.

While the app itself is offline, we use Apple App Store and Google Play Store for subscription processing. These platforms collect standard payment and analytical data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not receive or store your payment information. Subscription management is handled entirely by Apple and Google.
You have the option to create a secure backup file within the app to transfer your data to a new device. This backup file is generated locally on your device. It is your sole responsibility to keep this backup file secure. We cannot recover your data if you lose your device or backup file, as we do not have access to it.
Since SeafarerVault does not collect or process personal data on our servers, we cannot access, modify, delete, or share your information. You remain in full control of your data at all times.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Since the app does not connect to external servers to fetch content, we will notify you of any changes via app updates in the App Store or Google Play.
